Alan Butcher, President & CEO
Alan runs the day to day operations at Diversified Maintenance focusing on the company’s growth management, operations, customer care, quality assurance and relationship management.
Alan has been in the service industry for over 28 years, most recently as President of IPT, a national provider of outsourced maintenance services to the retail industry.
Alan‘s extensive industry expertise along with his superior leadership qualities enhance our services, improve overall quality and builds solid relationships with our clients.
Peter A. Belusic, COO
Peter brings both a wealth of industry knowledge and over 20 years of retail industry experience to the team.
He oversees everything involving operations and is the go to guy on cost analysis, pricing, expense control, acquisitions and equipment management. His keen business acumen has been instrumental in the growth of our retail clients over the years.
Peter is originally from New Jersey and now resides in Tampa with his wife and children.
Jeremy Dieterle, SVP Corporate Operations
Jeremy brings over 15 years of business to business operations experience to his position and oversees our Corporate Operations teams.
He has a penchant for cutting edge technologies that have propelled Diversified Maintenance to the forefront of the industry. He continuously fosters the development and implementation of the tools and processes that create efficiencies for our clients resulting in best in class service.
Jeremy is originally from the Nutmeg State (CT). He currently resides in Tampa with his wife and children.
Stephanie Bond, SVP Sales & Marketing
Stephanie brings over 15 years of business to business Sales and Marketing leadership expertise to the Diversified Maintenance executive team.
Stephanie oversees the Sales and Marketing departments and is key to the company's continued growth and expansion.
Originally from Iowa and by way of Chicago, Stephanie recently relocated to the Tampa Bay area with her family.
