Jay Garcia, CBSE, RVP
Jay has over 20 years if experience in managing janitorial contracts.
Prior to joining Diverisfied Maintenance, Jay managed a multi-million dollar janitorial company with responsibilities from the Mid West states to New England and Mid-Atlantic.
Since 1997, Jay has been accredited by the BSCAI as a Certified Building Services Executive, a distinction that has been awarded to few executives throughout the world.
Jay currently resides in Palatine, IL with his family.
Burney Veazey, RVP
Burney has been with Diversified Maintenance for 10+ years. He joined the company immediately after graduating from the University of Tennessee with a degree in Economics.
He began his career as an Area Manager and through his hard work, dedication, and drive to exceed customer satisfaction, he was promoted to his current position.
Burney enjoys the outdoors and is an avid hiker and runner. He currently resides in Olive Branch, MS with his wife Shea and their two dogs Cujo and Wallace.
Bob Duncan, RVP
Bob Duncan is a 15+ year veteran of the janitorial services industry and has held senior level management positions with several top janitorial companies including Sanitors/ISS and American Industrial Cleaning.
Bob is the primary corporate contact for some of our largest retail customers and provides key leadership and oversight to the operational management team and support staff.
Bob is a life long resident of the Mid-West where he, his wife and two sons reside.
