| New Hire Announcement - Lisa Cataudella, Director of Human Resources - Thursday, October 27, 2011 I would like to announce the recent hire of Lisa Cataudella as Human Resource Director. She has joined our Corporate HR team.
Lisa brings a unique background of both human resources and law. She has practiced law in Florida, served as General Counsel for a Tampa based construction/services company and has worked in human resources. Lisa will be focusing on compliance matters, employee relations, policy/procedures, as well as assisting with other human resource areas.

It is my pleasure to announce that Tony Valdez has joined our company in the position of Regional Vice President – Mid Atlantic.
He brings with him over 25+ years of senior level leadership in operations / administration and has operated in the janitorial maintenance arena in all US markets across the country.
Tony has held senior level management roles with several top janitorial companies, such as Bugensons Property Solutions and Paramount Building solutions.
His responsibilities included maintaining corporate relations with some of the largest industry leaders in retail.
Tony will be replacing David Ward who has decided to pursue opportunities outside of the company.
Dave has spent the last 3 years building one of the strongest regions in our company. His leadership and work ethic will be missed. We wish him well in his future pursuits and thank him for his dedication and service

I am pleased to announce that Syd Shaw has joined our organization as an Account Director. In his position Syd will take the leadership role for the Best Buy program and will help Margaret and I steward that program.
Syd has over 15 years of experience in Operations as well as Account Management with the last 8 years being in the facility management industry. He comes to us from FM Facility Management where he was an Account Director for over 4600 stores nationwide and had direct P&L responsibility for the programs he managed. Syd brings a wealth of knowledge about customer relationship management and the facility management business that our company will benefit from.

| Tim Potvien Promoted - June 15, 2011 - Wednesday, July 13, 2011I am pleased to announce the promotion of Tim Potvien to the position of National Account Manager for our Target account. Tim joined our company over five years ago as a District Manager. Tim had been managing a district that consisted of Minnesota, Iowa, Illinois, Wisconsin, Kansas, Missouri, North and South Dakota markets. Previously, he held the position of ETL at Target store #1375 which is the flagship store located within the Target corporate offices in downtown Minneapolis, MN. In his new position Tim will be tasked to ensure all DMS field teams are following the Target brand standards as well as following all compliance procedures. He will work hand in hand with the field teams and conduct training sessions, establish customer relations in all markets as well as researching and developing new industry innovations, best practices and developing various process improvement programs with both our field teams and suppliers. | DMS Hires First Human Resources Field Manager - Wednesday, June 01, 2011Human Resources is pleased to announced that Carlos Soto has joined DMS as a Human Resources Field Manager. This is a new position for Diversified Maintenance. Carlos will be spending a significant portion of his time in the field, visiting worksites and working with Area Managers in the areas of training and development, as well as employee relations.
Carlos has extensive experience in Human Resources, is bi-lingual (Spanish) and has previously worked with great companies such as Jet Blue Airlines and Winn Dixie grocery stores. He will be a valuable addition to the company, and a welcome addition to our team.

| DMS has new SVP Sales & Marketing - Tuesday, November 16, 2010I would like to announce the recent hire of Stephanie Bond as SVP Sales & Marketing. Stephanie brings over 15 years of direct sales and leadership experience in business to business within the service industries. Stephanie will be focusing on the development of the sales and marketing department with the purpose of increasing our revenue and customer base.
Stephanie has relocated her family which includes her husband and two boys from Chicago to Tampa.
